Surf Fishing - Red Snapper・Halibut

Jackson Salt Water Pro Staff This is Iguma!
This year's surf has been a lot more exciting than last year, with more baits coming in contact with the surf.

Of course, there are some irregularities....
I got a nice fish the other day, so I'm posting an article based on a YouTube video.

The filming was done over two days.

On the first day, I could see the bait migrating in front of me, so I rotated from Athlete Plus 12SVG to G-Control 28 and carefully traced the bottom...

I got a bite from a small-sized Japanese Meagre..

On the second day, first thing in the morning, we cast our new Sunadango and carefully searched the bottom, but were met with an onslaught of puffer fish.
When I heard that a fishing buddy of mine got a Red Snapper at the next wand, I cast a Metal Effect Blade, but it didn't react to my lure for a while.

I cast a Finesse Head 16g + Bone Bait 4.5 to follow up, and immediately after I let the lure fall to the bottom, I felt a strange sensation on the tip and hooked it immediately.
It was a 26" Red Snapper that came up safely.

Shizuoka surf anglers are catching a variety of fish every day.
Not only Halibut, but if the weather is rough, Japanese Balck Sea Bass, a Shizuoka specialty called “Hira Suzuki”!
